Alfonso R. Ventoso, CFA, Vice President
Mr. Ventoso has over 10 years of experience in financial
analysis, investment management and business development.
Prior to joining Hales in 2006, he spent five years at The
Hartford. He was Vice President with The Hartford's agency
consulting subsidiary where he specialized in valuations,
perpetuation planning, and merger and acquisition advisory
for agents and brokers. Also at The Hartford, he analyzed
acquisition opportunities and start-ups for the Ventures
group. In addition to his insurance industry background, Mr.
Ventoso has Fortune 500 finance experience in the
manufacturing and technology industries in the US, Europe,
and Latin America. He is a graduate of The George Washington
University with a degree in Economics and earned his MBA at
INSEAD. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst
designation.
