Patricia Sgueglia, Sr. Analyst
Ms. Sgueglia has over 20 years experience in operations, financial
analysis, research, and marketing/communications, including 11 in the
insurance industry. Prior to joining Hales in 2007, Patty was a Senior
Consultant with The Hartford's agency consulting subsidiary, Business
Management Group. She spent five years there working with agents and
brokers through participation in financial, management, and automation
engagements. Prior to that, she was a Staff Assistant for Hartford
International, a Hartford subsidiary charged with managing current
international operations, identifying markets for international
expansion, and acquiring in those markets.
