Robert J. Seda, Managing Partner
Mr. Seda joined Hales in 2000 and has more than 20 years of
management, financial and operational experience in the insurance
industry. He has played the leading role in over 100 merger and
acquisition transactions with insurance brokerages, third party
administrators and insurance companies during his career. Prior to
joining Hales, he was Senior Vice President of USI Holdings, Inc., and
responsible for mergers and acquisitions. He has also served as Chief
Financial Officer of Pettit-Morry Cos. and as Treasurer of Arlberg
Insurance Company, a Washington-domiciled reinsurer. A Certified Public
Accountant, Mr. Seda began his career as an auditor with Touche Ross
& Company. He is an honors graduate of the University of Nebraska at
Lincoln and holds a degree in Business Administration.
