Bob Schneider, Managing Director
Bob has over 30 years of management experience in the insurance and
healthcare industries. Prior to joining Hales in 2008, Mr. Schneider was
the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of USI Holdings
Inc. where he had broad responsibility for all financial functions,
information technology, strategic planning, risk management, human
resources and facilities. Prior to USI, he was Vice President of Mergers
and Acquisitions and Sr. Vice President and Controller at Anthem Inc.,
Sr. Vice President Controller and Treasurer at Acordia Inc., and Vice
President and Assistant Corporate Controller at Frank B. Hall & Co.
Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Schneider was an audit manager at Touche Ross
& Co. specializing in the insurance, healthcare and financial
services industries He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
from SUNY, Albany and is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School
Executive Program. Mr. Schneider is a Certified Public Accountant.
