Dennis Poggenburg, Managing Partner
Mr. Poggenburg joined Hales in 1996 and has specialized in financial
analysis related to acquisitions. He has over 20 years experience in the
insurance industry and served as a corporate officer for USI Insurance
Services where he was responsible for due diligence and post-acquisition
integration. Mr. Poggenburg also served as Assistant Vice President,
Internal Audit with Acordia, Inc. and as Corporate Accounting Manager
for Jardine Insurance Brokers. He is a graduate of the University of
California at Berkeley (Phi Beta Kappa) and holds a Master of Business
Administration degree in finance from St. Mary's College.
