Amy Lee, Chief Financial Officer
Amy Lee has over 15 years of extensive experience in finance and
accounting, including investment banking, corporate accounting and
internal auditing. Prior to joining Hales in 2007, Ms. Lee served as
the Vice President of Finance at Calco Insurance Brokers and Controller
at Jenkins-Athens Insurance Services. Ms. Lee spent three years in
investment banking, where
she specialized in raising venture capital and executing public equity
and debt offerings. Ms. Lee holds an MBA from the University of
California at Berkeley and a BA in Business Administration from the
University of Washington. She is a Certified Public Accountant,
Certified Management Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.
