Allan P. Keller, Partner
Mr. Keller, joined Hales & Company in 2005 with over 25 years in the
Insurance Industry, the last 9 of which have been in the Mergers and
Acquisitions arena. He joined Argonaut Insurance Company in 1978 as a
financial executive and quickly rose to a senior position in Operations
Management. In 1985, Mr. Keller joined Alexander & Alexander as Managing
Vice President of the Orange County (California) office. Subsequently, he
was hired as President and CEO of Hogg Robinson of California and in 1996
joined Insurance Resource Consultants as an M&A specialist. Most recently,
he was President and CEO of Keller Consulting, an M&A firm specializing in
Agency Acquisitions. Mr. Keller received a BSBA in 1973 and an MBA in 1974
both from the University of Denver.
