Hales specializes in investing its partners’ capital directly in clients that want to expand their businesses. We are the only firm focused exclusively on financing companies in the distribution and services segments of the insurance and financial services industries.
We provide buyout and growth capital to middle-market businesses and, to date, have invested in nine companies including some of the leading distribution companies in the industry today.
