Rainmaker Advisory, LLC joined Hales & Co in 2009 as a strategic partner with over 25 years experience in retail insurance broking and is lead by David E. Estrada, Managing Director. David began his career with employee benefits production for local, regional, and eventually global concerns culminating as a Vice President for Willis Group Holdings, where he received the Exceptional Producer Council Award in 2001. Following his production career David began building high growth employee benefit practices for regional firms in the SF Bay Area in 2003, which led him to a role growing USI Holding’s Northern California Region as President and CEO in 2005. With industry experience spanning production to operating a $20Million region for a top 10 public insurance broker, David brings a unique perspective to driving new business results, agency operations, acquisition and integrations, and people and culture development. He has been nationally recognized as a top producer and operator with retail insurance broking and now specializes in agency growth consulting and integration planning. David received his BS in Economics from Santa Clara University.
